OSKA Canada - Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy and Costs

We currently only ship within Canada. All processed orders are shipped via Canada Post on the next business (Monday to Friday, excluding Holidays).

We provide the following services (prices include a handling fee):

Standard Delivery $10
Canada Post (3-5 business days)

Expedited Delivery (Available upon request)
Canada Post Expedited (1-2 business days)

Please call for expedited delivery. Delivery charges may vary depending on weight and/or destination. Shipping/handling charges are non-refundable.

Goods and Services Tax

We are required to collect goods and services tax for all items shipping in Canada.

Return Policy

You may only return unused, unworn garments within 7 days of the delivery date with original receipt/invoice and all original tags. We will pay return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, and may be charged a 10% restocking fee. We will credit you as the same manner of your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.

No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). RMAs can be requested by calling 1-778-279-OSKA or 1-778-279-6752 or emailing vancouver@oska.com

The following items may not be returned:

Worn or used garments, purchases exceeding the 7 day return period, damaged items not a result of OSKA, special orders, items marked 'final sale', and purchases from other retailers (including other OSKA stores).

OSKA Vancouver reserves the right to refuse excessive returns.
